New Ford Tourneo Debuts, Hengji Trim Panels Molds

SHANGHAI, China — Ford brought the house down at Auto Shanghai 2015 with a showcase of the company’s latest vehicles and innovations.
Ford offered a preview of a seven-seat Tourneo Custom that will come to China in 2016 with an updated dynamic design and unique features.
Reflecting the needs of an increasingly sophisticated Chinese market, where MPVs are frequently used for transporting business passengers, Ford is emphasizing a more premium experience to ensure the Tourneo offers all occupants a refined and comfortable cabin environment.
Well, it is an honor for Hengji to manufacture injection molds for all door trim panels & quarter panels and accessories of Tourneo (V362). So far the project has been in Pre-Pilot and parts are passing AAR, while some molds are still in processing texture. All molds are assumed to be delivered for mass production by the end of year.
